1. Customer Credit Limit Exceeded Notification
When Customer Credit Limit is Exceeded in Business Central you can use Power Automate to create a Flow that cam use Email or Teams channels to notify Sales Representative, Accounting Department or any other party about this event.
2. Posted Sales Invoice Notification
Whenever an invoice is posted, Power Automate can be used to notify Customer Contact Person or Sales Representative.
3. Posted Shipment Notification
Power Automate can be used to create a Flow where details of each Posted Sales Shipment can be shared via Email with Customer Contact Person, Sales Representative or any other interested Party.
4. Overdue Invoice Reminders
Business Central has a functional called Reminder Terms, which can be used to automatically or manually create Invoice Overdue Reminders for Customers and send them out via integrated Email. This functionality requires additional setup.
5. PrintVis Document Approval Required Notification
A PrintVis Status Code can be created with title "DOC-APPROVAL" and Power Automate Flow can be configured to send out a notification email to the Customer or other related person, when a PrintVis Case Status Code is changed to "DOC-APPROVAL".
6. PrintVis Production Started Notification
A PrintVis Status Code can be created with title "PRODUCTION" and Power Automate Flow can be configured to send out a notification email to the Customer or other related person, when a PrintVis Case Status Code is changed to "PRODUCTION".
7. Automatic Financial Reconciliation Emails
A Scheduled Flow can be created in Power Automate to send every month an email to Customers Accounting Department sharing Current Financial Status of the client accounts.
8. Quote Follow-Up Emails
A Scheduled Flow can be created in Power Automate that will send a follow-up email to Clients after a certain time is passed after initial Quote submission.
